OIL PAINTINGS BY TOM IRIZARRY
My subject matter is landscape. I borrow a poetic term coined by a great Victorian poet, Gerard Manley Hopkins. The word is inscape, because it properly defines the human interior landscape. These pictures are made with oil paint and a resin medium on a hand-made gypsum(type of plaster) ground(underlayer). You may click on the images to see a larger version of the painting.
